In the
preliminary investigations that took place, there were no reported signs of
engine failure in the fiery helicopter crash that took lives of Kobe Bryant,
his daughter Gianna
Bryant and seven others. Their friends and family managed to plan funerals and
memorial services for them. According to the death certificate released by the
Los Angeles Times, Bryant and Gianna were buried on February 7th, 2020.
Their
burial was conducted at Pacific View Memorial Park that is located in Corona
del Mar, which is at a close distance from their home and the church that their
family attended was the Newport Beach area. Bryant’s widow Vanessa later picked
up notes, balloons, flowers, basketballs, and trinkets from the Staples Center
that were left behind by Kobe’s fans.
When was the Memorial Service arranged?
A memorial
service for both Gianna and Bryant was conducted at 10 am at Pacific Time on February
24th in the Staples Center. The Staples Center was the house built by Kobe
during the time of his Lakers career. The memorial service was dated on
02.24.2020 because of some of the specific reasons. Although this was four
weeks after the crash took place, 2 was the number worn by Gianna and 24 was
imprinted on Kobe’s T-shirt, while 20 represents the number of years he has
contributed as a Laker and the other 20 signifies the years of relationship
Bryant shared with his wife, Vanessa.

Why were these people flying in a helicopter?

Ara along with his eight passengers were commuting towards the north-western
direction from the John Wayne Airport located in the Orange County to the Camarillo
Airport. The Camarillo Airport was reported to be situated close to the Mamba
Sports Academy in Thousand Oaks that was owned by Kobe Bryant. They were flying
in a helicopter to the Mamba Sports Academy because here Bryant was to coach
his daughter along with her team members for a noon game in a tournament. To
beat the traffic of Los Angeles, Bryant often preferred traveling through the
helicopter.
