Bobble AI receives Great Place to Work certification survey!

Bobble AI, India’s largest conversation media platform, today announced that it has bagged the prestigious Trust Index’ © Great Place to Work certification.  This is the first time Bobble AI

has participated in the survey.  The certification rigorously evaluates companies across multiple

parameters, including workplace values and culture, employee growth and development, credibility,

innovation, growth prospects, inclusivity, unbiased culture, and more.

Commitment To Employee

The feat is a testimony to Bobble AI’s commitment to employee-centricity, inclusive culture, innovation,and credibility.  The certification puts Bobble AI at the top with the likes of other global Great Place toWork-certified companies, including Cisco, V Mart, Happiest Mind Technologies, Teach for India, DHLExpress India Ltd., Salesforce, and Mahindra, among others.  The global certification authority examinedover 10,000 organizations that exhibit high-trust, high-performance cultures with the unparalleledemployee experience.

Bobble ranked  top 50 global companies

Bobble AI has been ranked on par with the top 50 global companies in several parameters, including

justice and impartiality, teamwork, competence, community, and hospitality.  In other categories like

camaraderie and credibility, Bobble AI scored 85 on average, in Respect, the score was 80; in Fairness,

the brand scored 82, against the industry average of 87, and in Pride, the score was 87. All scores were

close to the scores garnered by the global Top 50 companies.
