The Hong Kong Arts and Sustainable Design Association (HKASD) is pleased to announce the International Sustainable Design Awards 2025 (ISDA 2025). This prestigious program celebrates innovative and impactful design solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future. 

The ISDA 2025 is more than just an awards program, it is a remarkable global platform aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), empowering individuals, teams, and organisations worldwide to pioneer responsible, future-focused designs that shape a sustainable planet and thriving communities. This year, the programme will unite global  engagement over thousand designers from different countries and regions, with their groundbreaking work rigorously evaluated by a world-esteemed jury panel—visionaries from the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, Macau, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong—across five key specialisations: Architectural & Interior Design, Brand Design, Digital Design, Product Design, and Visual Communication Design.

ISDA 2025 is further amplified by the unwavering support of 50+ international supporting organisations and partners, including design institutions and sustainability advocates, ensuring unprecedented visibility through cross-continental collaborations and high-profile coverage. The awards will host an awards ceremony and global winners’ showcase, celebrating elite designers of diverse nationalities, genders, and ages, while spotlighting their role in contributing to a more sustainable future. By fostering fairness, inclusivity, and innovation, ISDA 2025 aims to set a benchmark in sustainable design—a movement capturing the world’s attention and inspiring actionable solutions for generations to come.

Calling for entries from international design talent until 20 May 2025

The ISDA 2025 is currently accepting entries from global designers, brand owners and design audiences with an unlimited number of entries. Submissions will be judged on the four main judging criteria: Creativity, Sustainability, Aesthetics, and Impact. ISDA believes that by emphasising these values, it can encourage innovative solutions that address current challenges and pave the way for a sustainable future.
